Organization is the highest element in data management hierarchy. An Organization typically represents your Company where-in you setup all your Users who will have access to your data via Workspaces. You can setup multiple Workspaces to separate data into different access zones. A Workspace is flexible by design so you can create Workspace to represent each Department within your Company or use them to manage different business solutions like one for your Sales and Marketing operations, another workspace to manage your Projects with Clients etc.

Any user in Fusionmint has the capacity to create an Organization to setup his/her company. Once a user creates an Organization, he/she automatically becomes the administrator and has full access to everything under it. This ranges from creating Workspaces, managing access to those Workspaces through Domains and Roles. Though each Workspace can have a separate administrator, Organization Administrator authority exists in the capacity of a super administrator, and he can override the authority and access of a Workspace administrator any time, even remove Workspace admins from Workspace.

It is possible to setup multiple users as Organization Administrators for delegation, and as a minimum each Organization should have at-least one administrator to run it effectively.

At a very high level you can administer the organization using the tabs shown below:

Workspace: This tab shows the list of all Workspaces created under the Organization and they can be accessed easily for further administration.

Task: Task tab gives an overview of tasks status for all Workspaces. This is more of a management tab for your company executive team (CXO) to review the Company progress at the highest level.

Members: This tab shows you all the users who have access to one or more Workspace under the Organization. This can help you to quickly check a user and see what access he has and if needed you can remove the users from Organization completely. This will remove him from all Workspaces and he will no longer be a part of your Organization

Role & Users: You can add multiple Organization administrators using this tab. Additional custom roles can be created here and can be used to give access to Workspaces

Plan & Billing: Manage your plan, billing and check the status of all add-ons from this tab.

Setting: Other Organization wide settings that impact the behaviour all Users, Workspace and other data inside it
